These Terms of Use govern your access to the Night Angler Journal editorial website (the “Service”), operated in Canada by Night Angler Media (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Editorial information only
Night Angler publishes reviews, guides, species profiles and commentary about bass fishing. It does not operate fishing charters, sell tackle, or offer gambling, wagering, betting, sweepstakes, lotteries, cash prizes or prizes of monetary value. References to catch limits, sizes, seasons or techniques describe fishing practice and do not constitute legal advice or a guarantee of success.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your province or territory, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf.
3. Acceptable use
You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial, lawful purposes only. You must not interfere with the Service, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, automate access in a way that burdens our systems, or copy or exploit our content except as permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Canadian consumer protection law.
7. Third-party links
Where we link to wildlife agencies, weather services or other third parties, we do not control that content and are not responsible for it. Their terms and privacy practices apply on their sites.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
